Bullying is not that hard to deal with, it is implementing solutions for the identified issues that causes most of the grief. We continue to identify the problems but forget to implement the solutions. Most bullying is perpetuated by poor management practices,,, we already know this... train the man at the top!

Thanks for the article, It seems like there is a real art to getting collaborations started and continuing successfully.

As an early career researcher we are all told to collaborate but sometimes it's not clear how much initiative you should take in forming them and what your supervisors will go for. Maybe there isn't one easy answer for everyone but some workshops with tales from experienced researchers and maybe what they expect of their postdocs in terms of planting the seeds for collaboration would be great.

Thanks for your write-up. Another factor is that to be
a photographer includes not only difficulty in taking award-winning photographs but in
addition hardships in getting the best digital camera suited
to your needs and most especially struggles in maintaining the
caliber of your camera. That is very genuine and apparent for those
photography lovers that are in capturing the particular nature's engaging scenes -- the mountains, the particular forests, the actual wild or the seas. Going to these exciting places definitely requires a digicam that can surpass the wild's unpleasant natural environment.
